1. Information about the Data Controller of the data hosted on the official social media account of ENVIRO SOLUTIONS, S.L.

In accordance with the information obligation established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), ENVIRO SOLUTIONS, S.L., hereinafter, the Data Controller, wishes to inform the users of this social network about its policy related to the processing and protection of the personal data of those persons who voluntarily access and use the official account of the DATA CONTROLLER on this social network. The DATA CONTROLLER will have the right to withdraw from this official account –unilaterally and without prior notice or the authorisation of the user- any contents published by the user if the user infringes or violates the law, the regulations established in this Policy and the Platform Regulations.

5. Identification of recipients to whom the DATA CONTROLLER intends to transfer or communicate data

The user is advised that all information and contents published on the official account of the DATA CONTROLLER on the social network may be known to other users of the official account and the social network platform. Consequently, all information and contents published by the user on the official account of the DATA CONTROLLER on this social network will be communicated to other users due to the nature of the service.

The DATA CONTROLLER only intends to execute those data transfers or communications that need to be made to judges, courts, public authorities and the competent administrative authorities.

The DATA CONTROLLER warns the user that except in the case of the existence of a legally-constituted representative, no user may assume the identity of another person and communicate their personal data. For this reason, the user must always keep in mind that they can only provide the personal data that correspond to their own identity and that such data must be adequate, pertinent, updated, accurate and truthful. In all cases, the user must respect the privacy of others, whether or not they are users of the social network or official account of the DATA CONTROLLER on that network.

8. Rights of the Data Subjects:

• The right to withdraw their consent at any time.
• The right to the access, correction, portability and erasure of their data and to restrict or object to the processing of said data.
• The right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es.) if they consider that the processing is not in accordance with current law.
